SNOWBALLS ARE FOR EATING

SNOWBALLS ARE FOR EATING

As a Life Coach… I often see client’s who describe a snowballing of events which lead to a perpetual state of doom and gloom. The human mind interprets this as ‘lack’ , the human body interprets this as “trauma” and the human spirit interprets this as “misalignment”. When we get ourselves so out of whack, it’s hard to real ourselves back in. However, if nothing changes, nothing changes. Every day of our lives we are at risk for a repeat of yesterday. Without a clean slate, a new intention, and a clear vision of a better view, we fall prey to picking up where we last left off.

As a perspective shifter, I encourage a fresh start, every day…one free from yesterday’s troubles and tomorrow’s worries. If we put ourselves in either of those two places, we are not living, we are merely ruminating. (And for your visual pleasure….if you have one foot in the past and one foot in the future….you are pissing on today!). Every ill thought about the past adds to the snowball and every worry about the future attracts the very thing that we dread. We are here to experience, to let go, and to only take with us, that which will help us evolve. If your thoughts and actions are not leading you to where you want to go next, it’s time to break the cycle. Because it’s no longer about who or what hurt you, it’s about YOU and your inability to let go.

Are you sick of hearing yourself complain about 2020? Well, so am I! ? (Only kidding….kind of ?) Perhaps you might want to break through those layers of heartbreak, resentment and anger and allow the abundance to penetrate your existence. What can you let go of? Where can you set yourself free? How can you stop attracting more of what you DON’T want, so that you can finally live the life you deserve. You’re still here! There is so much to celebrate and to be grateful for! We are on earth for a blip on the radar! Every single day we are literally running out of time. Make the uncomfortable call, send a letter of forgiveness, give a hug to that person you’re mad at and resolve to stop the snowball from rolling any further.

Today try something different! Who is willing to resolve an ongoing issue, either with yourself or with someone else, and finally put it behind you? Who’s In???‍♀️
